LB: You guys have been off the scene now for a little over 4 years or so. What have you
guys been doing during that hiatus?

Fizz: We've just been learning, paying attention to what’s been going on and working on
this new sound.

LB: You guys also have a clothing line right?

Fizz: We’re actually in the process of starting our own clothing line. It’s called F&B clothing,
and we’re actually putting out the Nightlife addition to the F&B line right now, which is going
to be a lingerie line for women.

LB: The album is entitled
Nightlife, and you guys have a single out called "Bounce".  I
recently saw you guys perform that on
The Monique Show, so congratulations on that.

Fizz & Boog: Thank you.

LB: How did that single come about?

Fizz: Well we were working with a group of producers by the name of 1500 Or Nothing and
they actually produced half of the
Nightlife album. They pretty much had the song put
together and we were just going through the records that they had, and we picked it like
man that’s a great song. They were putting out a soundtrack for the
Bring It On: Fight to
the Finish
soundtrack and they wanted to use that song as the first single for the
soundtrack, and we went from there.

LB: From what you all see in the music industry right now, what do you guys plan to bring to
music that is possibly lacking in the industry?

Fizz: I wouldn't say anything that’s lacking in the industry, just more so what were known for
in entertainment. When you come see our shows, you can expect to see a lot of energy, a
lot of crowd participation, and you can expect the unexpected, so that’s what we’re bringing.

LB: As far as the album, is there going to be a lot of club or dance tracks? Any love songs?

Fizz: It definitely has a club feel. We’re 23 and 24 years old now, so that’s what our lives
consist of, so we wanted to give our personal experience.  It definitely has some slow songs
as wells.  We have a record call Empty Bottles and its basically like getting over one of your
ex chick’s and the only way you can do it is pretty much by having a yourself a nice little
drink, and you wake up in the morning, and it's nothing but empty bottles on the floor.

LB: When is the album going to be released?

Fizz:  On January 12th, 2010.

LB: When you guys were with B2K, you were signed on a major label. Was there anything
that prompted your decision to go independent this time around?

Fizz: I think it had a lot to do with me and Boog just wanting to start our own label, and build
our own brand called Popular Entertainment.  That’s how this whole project actually came
about. We signed some artists and put them through artist development, and it's actually a
long process. Since we had a lot of knowledge of what actually goes into it, we figured it
was only best, to try and brand ourselves as Fizz and Boog.

LB: So with what you've learned in the industry, how do you think that has helped you in
what you are trying to do now?

Boog: I think just the experience.  We've been in the industry for like 11 years now.  We’re
24 and 23 so I think that was the benefit more than anything. Just being on the scene for so
long, being able to be a sponge and soak up everything.

LB: Coming from the platinum group B2K, what advice would give to someone who’s trying
to break into this industry?

Fizz: To really just stay focused. If music is your craft, then that’s what you should work at
everyday, because it’s what you love to do.  Me and Boog look at it like sports. We’re
competitors. We compete all day every day. We look at it like fun. Have fun with it. Stay
focused, and if it’s what you love to do, then stay at it.

LB: Do you guys ever think that there will be a reunion for B2K?

Boog: We hope so. It would be something good for the fans, so we’re definitely up for it.

LB: I know you all are doing a promo tour in the UK starting next month? Do you guys have
plans for a U.S. tour?

Fizz: Oh most definitely. The UK is demanding us so much right now, so were going there
first, since they don’t see us all the time like the states do.

LB: For all you fans, how can they keep up with the latest info on Fizz and Boog?

Fizz: Make sure they follow us on
www.twitter.com/fizzandboog and make sure they log on to
our new website
www.fizzandboog.com and on www.myspace.com/fizzandboog.
